Bumping
Thread Assignments
We will assign specific threads a traffic designation based upon how much activity the thread's forum has. The assigned member should bump their thread at the require frequency and will be contacted if they fail to do so. You should also be bumping in the correct manner (see "Bumping" below for more information). The thread requirements are listed below:
Extreme Traffic threads must be bumped at least twice a day.
High Traffic threads must be bumped at least once a day.
Medium Traffic threads must be bumped at least twice per week.
Low Traffic threads must be bumped at least once per week.
Very Low Traffic threads may only need to be bumped on a monthly ( or less) basis.
Broken threads do not need to be bumped until a replacement or fix has been found.
If you get a message from a moderator about excessive bumping or you believe the traffic level needs to be updated please PM @paranoiaorigins and they will modify it for you.
New Assignments and Threads
When you are first assigned to a new thread you will be expected to bump a thread which was created by the previous person who maintained the thread. It is optional, but what you are encouraged to do is eventually create a new thread with you listed as the referral. New department members may create a new thread after they have been in the department for two weeks. This limitation is to avoid members creating new threads and then leaving or getting removed from the department directly after. Also, do not create a new thread if you only intend on bumping the thread temporarily as we do not want to flood the recruiting forum/website with multiple recruiting threads from fever within a short time frame. Doing so would be looked at, by the forum moderators, negatively and may cause us to no longer be permitted to recruit there anymore. Only create one if you intend on bumping it long term.
Once you create the new recruiting thread, you should sent the link to your manager and they will replace the link on our assignment list here League Recruiting Assignments. You will still be expected to bump the old thread, until the link has been replaced as activity only checked with the assignment links listed. Please make sure the new recruiting thread is of sufficient quality or you may be asked by the manger to improve upon it before they will replace the assignment link. There are tips listed below to help you with this.

Bumping
Once you are assigned you will be expected to bump a thread regularly. There are correct and incorrect ways to bump a thread. When you bump a thread you should provide additional information about fever. Do not simply post the word "bump".
Examples of Good Bumping
-Hey guys! =AWP= is having a League of Legends tournament at 9:00 EST! Feel free to join!
-=AWP= has an extensive reward system to encourage activity in the community!
-Our Discord is extremely active. Right now we have 30+ people online!
Example of Bad Bumping
-Bump!
-Hi!
-Lol
Poor bumping not only makes us look immature, but if the recruiting forum has strict rules about bumping, they often won't get upset about providing more information but may remove a thread or ban a user who bumps like the bad examples above.
